Carole is the unifying force at Elemental – her passion for business, her leadership, and her dedication drives Elemental forward. 41 years of experience have shown her that success is built on a foundation of strong relationships. Carole is committed to Elemental’s mission to create safe, healthy, and environmentally conscious products. She also spearheaded Elemental’s certification into the Women’s Business Enterprises (WBE), Canada, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs grow and succeed on a global stage.
On the rare occasion when Carole is not at her desk, you can find her on the golf course, traveling, gardening, or dedicating her time to improving the status of women in business through one of the many organizations which she supports.
Gunnar, a leader at Elemental, has an extensive knowledge of new products, markets and trends, with over 40 years experience in the industry. He is passionate about problem solving and client satisfaction. Integrity and commitment are not just ideas at Elemental – they’re his legacy.
Born and raised in the far north of Sweden, Gunnar is a former Officer in the Swedish Merchant Marine. He met his wife Carole in 1968 while they were both living and working in Australia. Though he loves cooking and crossword puzzles, his one true love is golf.
